Aberdeen $30k Rebate Promotion – Terms and Conditions

The Promotion commences on 31 January 2025 and ends on 31 March 2025, or such other date as may be nominated by Integra unless sold out prior (Promotion Period). Please read these Terms and Conditions. By making an offer to purchase an eligible lot within an Integra community under the Promotion you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.

  1. This document is known as the "Aberdeen $30k Rebate – Terms and Conditions", which will be promoted by Integra Operations Pty Ltd ABN 74 652 806 212 via direct email, SMS, Integra website, Lucas website, Aberdeen website, realestate.com.au, organic social media, paid social media, print materials, and sales meetings commencing 31 January 2025 and ending on 31 March 2025.
  2. The Aberdeen $30k Rebate promotion will be referred to for the purpose of these terms and conditions as "the Promotion" and Integra Operations as "the Promoter".
  3. Integra (VIC) Real Estate Pty Ltd ABN 58 652 807 899 are the sales agent who provides contact details to the Promoter. For these terms and conditions, they will be referred to as "the Referrer" and the person/s referred to as the "Referred Person".

  5. Eligible lots are all lots of land for sale during the Promotion Period at Aberdeen. Integra have the right to add or remove lots throughout the Promotion Period at its absolute discretion.  
  6. The Promotion will commence at 11:00 AM (AEDST) on 31 January 2025, and closes at 04:59 PM (AEST) on 31 March 2025, referred to as the Promotional Period.
  7. The Promotion is a rebate of $30,000 Inc. GST for lots of land sold within the Promotion Period at Aberdeen. The rebate Purchase Price will be set out in the Contract of Sale that the Referred Person enters.
  8. To be eligible for the rebate, the Referred Person must enter a Contract of Sale for an eligible lot within the select Integra Community with the Promoter by the end of the Promotion Period.
  9. The Referred persons’ contact details will be added to the Integra database, and they will receive marketing material. If at any time the Referred Person does not wish to receive further marketing material from the Promoter, they can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing emails or by contacting the Promoter on 03 5322 5902.
  10. The Referred Person must execute a Contract of Sale to purchase a lot at Aberdeen and effect settlement of the purchase of the lot in accordance with the terms of the Contract of Sale.
  11. The Referred Person must purchase their lot at Aberdeen directly from the Promoter or Referrer to receive the rebate.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to change or discontinue the Promotion at any time.
  13. The Promotion is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any additional fees or charges are the responsibility of the Referrer.
  14. The Referred Person agrees to the use of their name/s for promotional material as decided by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
  15. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in the Promotion by any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Promotion, acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory, where required. Any tax, liability, or duty arising from an individual’s participation in the Promotion is the responsibility of the participant. The Promoter will not be liable for the suspension or termination of the Promotion on any account whatsoever. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
