First up, Stage 2 of the center has brought a wave of new energy to the precinct. Completed in late 2024, this stage added 10,593 sqm of large-format retail space and introduced 297 new car parks. It also welcomed a range of new tenants, including Woolworths, Planet Fitness, Hungry Jack’s, The Reject Shop, Supercheap Auto, and Rebel Sport. But the momentum doesn’t stop there.
One of the most exciting additions is the news of a Lone Star Rib House & Brews, a 150-seat restaurant and bar that marks the brand’s first-ever location in Victoria. Known for its Texan-style hospitality, slow-cooked ribs, burgers, steaks, and alco-shakes, Lone Star is set to become a go-to dining destination for locals and visitors alike. The venue will offer both indoor and outdoor seating, making it perfect for casual catch-ups, family dinners, or a night out with friends.
- Coles
- ALDI
- 13–14 additional retail stores
While Stage 3 will be just over half the size of Stage 1, it’s packed with convenience, variety, and everyday essentials. The expansion is aiming to match the size of the Ballarat CBD retail offering, bringing even more retail and lifestyle options to the fast-growing Ballarat West community.
Stay tuned – the best is yet to come!
