Aberdeen Construction Update
There’s a real buzz on site at Aberdeen, with exciting progress transforming the landscape and building the infrastructure across the development.
Our landscaping team has been working hard to bring the Aberdeen wetlands to life, and the results are stunning. What was once a construction zone is now a beautiful open space, with plants thriving thanks to recent rainfall and warmer weather. Over the coming months, we expect this area to flourish even more – creating a lush, green haven for residents and visitors alike. We hope that in mid December this area will be open for visitors to walk the track and enjoy the wetlands. This will mark a real milestone in the Aberdeen development, and we really look forward to sharing this with you.
The team have installed reclaimed timber upright posts – synonymous with Integra Developments and a mix of concrete seating and park benches throughout the wetlands, and all three shelters are now complete – adding both functionality and charm to the area.
In Stage A, we’ve laid asphalt and completed line marking, crossovers, and footpaths. Our team is currently focused on building the retaining walls, which are progressing beautifully. With just a few weeks of work remaining, we’re on track to issue titles before Christmas – another exciting milestone for future Aberdeen residents.
As part of our commitment to delivering build-ready blocks, retaining walls are being installed across the development. These concrete sleepers feature a wood grain texture and are paired with monument-painted upright posts to match future fencing. This thoughtful design not only enhances the look of each block but also significantly reduces site costs – giving buyers a flat, level block that’s ready to build on from day one.
